Does the Baby Sleep Pod get hot if its black material?
Baby Sleep Pods are constructed utilising an air-permeable star mesh material, facilitating unobstructed airflow to prevent the accumulation of heat within the Sleep Pod's interior.

While in motion, the pram's mobility fosters enhanced air circulation by capitalising on the air movement around the pram, thereby contributing to the maintenance of a comfortable internal temperature. Nonetheless, extended exposure of the pram to direct sunlight is not advised, especially if the pram is sitting still. Optimal practices include sheltering the pram beneath a protective covering or shade when stationary.

Check out our video below showing how the sleep pod works on a 30 degree day whilst outside for a 12 minute walk. This was done on a very hot day to show that although it is very hot outside, whilst the pram is in motion with the Sleep Pod attached, the internal temperature of the pram doesn't increase. To be exact, in the 12 minutes the pram was outside and exposed to the sun and outside heat, it only increased 0.4degrees. Watch as the camera doesn't stop watching the sleep pod for the full walk (sped up) as well as looking as the thermometers live reading across the 12 minutes at the end of the video.

How Dark is the Baby Sleep Pod?
The star mesh fabric delivers a 96% light-blocking capability. Any increase beyond this threshold would compromise the fabric's air permeability. This level of opacity effectively fosters an optimal release of melatonin, promoting enhanced sleep quality for your little one, while simultaneously safeguarding against external disturbances and premature light exposure that could disrupt their sleep.

What can I use the Baby Sleep Pod on?
The Baby Sleep Pod is versatile and can be conveniently utilised with a wide range of prams, pram bassinets, or capsules that are designed to be affixed to pram frames and have hoods. This design feature enables seamless attachment of the Baby Sleep Pod to the pram seat. Complementing this functionality are 8 strategically positioned Velcro tabs encircling the Sleep Pod, which serve to secure the pod to the pram frame. This dual attachment mechanism not only enhances stability but also effectively minimises external light infiltration.

Can I return the Baby Sleep Pod if i change my mind?

RETURNS & REFUNDS Info

Returns on unused items can be made within 14 days from your delivery date. Please contact us at carlene@babysleeppods.com.au before returning your order . We will be happy to honour an exchange or refund subject to the Terms & Condition's below.If you are outside the return window and we deem you eligible for a refund, it will be in the form of a store credit more.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RETURNS:

- Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund even is shipping was free to you upon purchase.
- A re-stocking fee of $5.95 will be deducted from the refund.
- Returns or exchanges must be sent back to Baby Sleep Pods at the buyer’s cost within 48 hours of receiving the returns shipping address.
- We will provide the shipping address when the return/exchange is approved.
- Please note the return address is in Australia for all orders made outside of UK and USA.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that the item is un-used and re-packed into its an undamaged and original box with all inserts included.
- Please note, for the warehouse to consider the order eligible for return, there must be no signs of use or damage to the package or product.
- We ask you to please understand, we are not Amazon - as a small business we cannot absorb the cost of you using a product and then returning it after use rendering it un-saleable. We must be able to place the return back in to inventory in order to resell.
- It is advisable to take photos of the product, packaging and inserts before you send it back as proof everything is there and in a condition that it can be returned to inventory. If this isn't the case, a refund cannot be issued.

- A tracking number must be provided for all returns or exchanges.
- Please research your airline before purchasing Baby Sleep Pod - we are unable to refund for refusal of use.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

Whilst we have strict quality control, unfortunately, the odd item slips through. If you receive an item which is damaged we will replace or refund it. We encourage you to check you item upon receiving it. If there is a manufacturing fault, please contact us with details of the problem within 14 days of purchase. We will ask you to return the item. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email to the address you gave at the time of ordering, notifying you that you have been refunded. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Please note, should a replacement item be deemed appropriate we will only send a new item to the original shipping address only.
